The 2020 season of the Victoria Falls World Challenge Pigeon Race was a tough affair with only 859 of the more than 4000 pigeons entered going to he final race. Bertus had two bird in the final and they finished 73rd and 123rd. Both are children of “77” (Bliksem 34 x 40147).
Gerhard Koopman of the Netherlands won the race with a winning speed of 1265mpm.
