Claude and his sons Daniel (12 years old) and Luke (8 years old) are passionate fanciers and enjoy the sport as a family. Saturday’s races was tough with many losses reported in the Western Cape from different race points. So winning 1 & 2 (the two pigeons arrived together) by more than 4 minutes from Beaufort West 427km in tough racing conditions was something special.
1. ZA WP ’21 3376 – his father is NOK ’20 20164 (grandson of NEW BLIKSEM x LITTLE PURDEY) and his mother is a Janssen hen (Clinton Jeniker).
2. ZA SP ’20 2942 – her father is ZA ’18 108149 (KANNIBAL BLIKSEM x GOLDIE) and his mother is ZA ’18 108219 (daughter of MESKI). MESKI is a daughter of super breeders BLIKSEM 34 and BONTE BLIKSEM. 2942 has also won two times 3rd club this year.
