The descendants of "810" (De Rauw Sablon cock) and his click hen 4138855 (De Rauw Sablon hen) are dominating one loft racing in South Africa. In the 2022 main race at Dinokeng Lofts their progeny won 1,2,3,5,7, etc in a very tough final race.
On Wednesday the main race of the 2023 season took place and Egbert O'Kelly won 1st (six pigeons on the drop) with ZA 22 VPU 9428 "KALAHARI SANDS", a grandchild of "810" and "371" (sister of 4138855). KALAHARI SANDS is also the 2nd Ace Pigeon.
Bertus invested in some top "810" descendants and is now the new owner of two "810" sons, "JIMMY's BOY" (810 x 4138855) and "LUCKY BLUE" (810 x 4138855). He also bought seven ihens of the "810" line. His plan is to inbreed them and cross the inbred children with his Bakleigat Bliksem, Kromme and Golden Eye lines.
