ZA 16/15509, the blue hen that won 1st in the EPPU union race from Mthatha on the 8th of July, did it again just 7 days later. 15509 dropped both her tenth primary flights a few days after the Mthatha race, but Vink decided to enter her again in the race from KOKSTAD 511km. It was a very tough race and 15509 won 1st in the club with a speed of 1085mpm. She was 17th in the PE Federation against 810 pigeons and 24th in the Union against 1272 pigeons.
